The Affiliate is seeking applicants for the student scholarships in 2015 for the Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Two student members will be chosen to receive $800 toward registration and travel expenses! Do not miss this opportunity!
The Affiliate supported FOUR SNMs with substantial scholarships to attend the 2013 and 2014 ACNM Annual Meetings. This opportunity provides students with a priceless experience where they were able to network and gain valuable clinical and professional knowledge.
Please see the attached document for details. The student must submit an completed application and a document that includes the following:

Describe your progression in your educational program and anticipated graduation date.

List completed and current courses and clinical experiences.

Describe future plans for your midwifery career.

Why do you want to attend the Annual Meeting of the ACNM and why you are the best candidate for this scholarship?

Attach two letters of support from current CNMs who are active Minnesota Affiliate of ACNM members. Letters written by Board members of the Affiliate will not be accepted.
Applications are due on February 1st, 2015 by 5 p.m.
